Clubhouse Rental Details

The Hunters Creek Clubhouse is available year-round for daily rental, ideal for parties, business events, dinners, and gatherings for up to 99 people.

Amenities include:

• Large party room with two entrances
• Kitchen with full-sized appliances (stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave)
• 11 round tables (6 ft)
• Four rectangular tables (8 ft)
• 75 chairs
• Two private bathrooms
• A/C, heat, and ceiling fans
• Ample parking

2026 rental rates

Rentals require a minimum of 3 hours.

• HCSRC Members: $60/hr for 6 hours, capped at $400
• Non-members: $120/hr for 6 hours, then $60/hr for 7+ hours

Plus a $100 cleaning fee.
