Stingrays Swim Team
Who are the Stingrays?
The Stingrays are part of the Herndon Swim League, a developmental swim league, which means all swimmers swim at all meets and every swimmer receives a ribbon for every race.
Who can join the Stingrays?
If your child wants something to do this summer, would like to improve their swimming skills, and meet new friends, this is the group for them. The swim team is open to member swimmers of all ability levels (ages 5 to 18).
What's it like to be a Stingray?
Daily morning practice times are staggered, and meets generally run on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. The Stingrays also participate in the Herndon Olympics and other league events.
